Jennifer Hudson has achieved great success in her career and she’s done this by putting her work first always. As a result, she’s been able to enjoy plenty of riches and investments. But this meant that her health was always a second priority and unfortunately, the pounds seemed to keep piling on. Eventually, the actress decided enough was enough and started a 4-year weight loss journey, at the end of which she’d gone from a size 16 to 6. She did this by completely avoiding junk food and eating smaller meals to reduce her caloric intake.

Chaz Bono – 85 Pounds
After going through a gender reconstruction surgery, Chaz Bono began to rapidly gain weight due to a combination of hormonal imbalance, a lack of exercise, and an unhealthy diet. The stress of it all began catching up to him, which was when he decided to change things for the better. He enrolled in online courses, started exercising, and began eating healthy meals which helped him get fit physically and mentally. After losing a total of 85 pounds, he also shared his journey with those similar to him who’ve gone through surgery.
